TO LET: ESTABLISHED OUTDOOR ACTIVITY CENTRE

Anglian Water are seeking a new tenant for an established outdoor activity centre located close to Rutland Water. Rutland Water attracts 1.1 million visitors per annum and nearby attractions include Rutland Cycles, Harbour Bar Café, the Rutland Belle Pleasure Cruiser and Aqua Park Rutland.

The climbing tower is approx. 8m high and includes a high rope system. The structural integrity of the climbing wall and high rope system will require testing by the ingoing tenant. The site may be suitable for a variety of uses, subject to planning, and other proposals will be considered.
