FastFit EMS – a rapidly expanding chain of EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) studios in the Middle East – has partnered with Fisikal, an expert in digital fitness business management solutions, to introduce a digital ecosystem.

Serban Pop, COO of FastFit, explains: “Fisikal is the only company we came across that could offer an answer to every digital demand we had with just one solution.

“We offer effective, high-end methods of training, and we needed a digital solution that would mirror the premium quality of what our services offer.

“We had direct contact with CEO Rob Lander throughout the entire process and felt reassured that we were making the right digital switch in order to migrate all of our services and processes online.”

Offering a complete digital ecosystem, Fisikal has built FastFit EMS a brand-new website which incorporates all of the new functionalities and a brand-new trainer app which saves staff countless administrative hours. Thanks to this new digital solution, the team can now efficiently manage client portfolios, bookings and payments and capture member notes on-the-go.

In addition, the trainer app is complemented by a new member app which offers a user-friendly, interactive way for members to stay engaged with the club at just the touch of a button, regardless of whether they’re in or outside of the physical facility.

Pop adds: “The new app solutions empower both our team of trainers and our members to have more control over their fitness journey. The solutions we had before were inefficient and didn’t have the accessible interface that we’ve found with Fisikal.

“The new apps are a great way to motivate new members and retain them as well as provide us with additional revenue streams. Digitising these processes has saved our trainers so much time that they can now spend it where it counts, with our members.”

In addition, to provide a wraparound digital service, Fisikal has also integrated its access control solution – an efficient software to automatically manage access to its clubs, granting access only to members with active packages or upcoming bookings.

Rob Lander, CEO, Fisikal adds: “FastFit EMS are a team on a mission, with exciting expansion plans already in play.

“Their forethought to innovate their digital offering at this stage, both for the business and its members, will stand them in great stead as they take on new sites and many more members. We’re looking forward to partnering with them on this journey, continuing to provide them with a one-stop-shop for all of their digital requirements.”

Currently operating nine sites, FastFit EMS is set for growth and plans to more than double this number by the end of 2024.
