Marine spa brand Phytomer has introduced salvation for even the driest skin with the launch of Nutritionnelle Dry Skin Rescue Cream in the UK.
The rich cream incorporates a cocktail of marine and plant oils that bring complete comfort, hydration and protection, resulting in visibly plumper skin from morning-to-night as feelings of tightness disappear immediately upon application.
“Nutritionnelle is perfect for the times we’ve lived through and are emerging from,” shared Fiona Peerless, director Phytomer UK.
“As people have been isolating and spending lots of time indoors throughout the winter months, their skin is feeling the effects of being inside more than normal, with heating and air conditioning contributing to their skin drying out and in need of replenishment.”
Nutritionnelle hydrates the epidermis from its deepest layers right up to the skin’s surface, reinforcing tight junctions and maintaining hydration under any weather conditions.
A quartet of plant oils – dictyopteris, glasswort, buckwheat and apricot kernel – act to strengthen the lipid barrier by boosting the synthesis of lipids and reinforcing the natural moisturising factor, as ceramides restore the barrier function by filling gaps in the skin's structure.
