Cooling me softly: SnowRoom offers ultimate feel-good factor

Nothing electrifies the senses and sparks emotions like encountering fresh snow. Whether young or old, it is hard to resist the desire to reach out and touch it, to form a snowball and feel its delicious cold tingle.

The SnowRoom combines the wow-effect of snow with the health benefits of cold. The treatment is based on the concept of contrast therapy: alternating hot and cold, between sauna and snow room, in order to sweat and relax.

In the Finnish tradition, the nourishing warmth of the sauna is always followed by a balancing cold treatment, which is essential to benefit from the alternation of warmth and cold.
