Myzone launches raft of anywhere features and integrations, including MZ-Maps

Myzone has launched a premium suite of services, offering health club operators three elements which utilise its heart-rate tracking tech – MZ-Club, MZ-Together and MZ-On Demand.

The elements have been designed to enable operators to offer members access to the Myzone ecosystem and live heart rate tracking wherever they are – in the gym, outdoors or at home.

MZ-Club enables facilities to broadcast their own live and pre-recorded content using the Myzone booking diary.

Using MZ-Club, trainers and gym staff are also able to upload pre-recorded content to the MZ-On Demand section of the app.

MZ-Together offers access to Myzone live classes, hosted by Myzone master trainers.

Using MZ-Together, members can take part in classes with an engaged community of other 'Myzone movers' around the world.

The third element – MZ-On Demand – unlocks more than 1,300 classes that can be filtered by Myzone Effort Points (MEPs), duration, or required equipment.

Described as a "bolt-on resource of classes", the service is designed to boost and add to health clubs' current class timetables.

All three services include another feature, MZ-Maps, which allows individuals to see when they hit each heart rate zone along their route.

Dave Wright, CEO of Myzone, said: "We're offering health clubs the opportunity to scale their class experience and get more people moving in new ways.

“They'll be able to offer a consistent experience and get more people to work out wherever they want, all while still staying connected to their health club, gym or fitness facility.

"Our research shows that members using Myzone stay at least 24 per cent longer than those that don’t.

"The development of these premium features enable operators, personal trainers and other professionals to keep more people moving, more often, anywhere," said Wright.
