Keepme has launched its new V2 platform, which uses artificial intelligence (AI) to help operators monitor their members' entire customer journey and tell how and when to engage members who are in danger of leaving – and even after they've left.

The sales and marketing platform builds on the original version of the Keepme, blending AI, operational tools and a unique automations engine to streamline actions to attract, retain and re-engage members.

At its heart is the AI engine, which helps operators make data-driven decisions to maximise revenue and integrate different sales and marketing tools.

The AI has the ability to evaluate each lead and funnel them into tailored sales flows, while the sales playbooks and automations ensure every lead is followed up.

Once a lead becomes a member, Keepme Membership provides operators with the tools to maximise their lifetime value. Building on the original Keepme retention platform, the AI identifies at-risk members and other critical member groups, while a ‘Take Action’ feature allows users to engage customers with a single click.

The Keepme Sales system also allows operators to manage inside sales for services like PT, massage and swim lessons.

“Following the fallout from Covid-19, it’s more important now than ever for fitness operators to understand their customers and I’m confident that Keepme V2 will give the industry the necessary tools to tackle its retention and membership sales challenges," said Ian Mullane, founder and CEO of Keepme.

"Based on conversations with hundreds of operators, we knew there was a need for an AI-powered CRM that could manage the whole member lifecycle — from lead capture and sales, to retention, secondary spend, and ex-member win back.

“V2 presents a genuine step change in club technology, enabling operators to drive additional revenue and increase profitability at every stage of the membership lifecycle.

"All of this is backed by proven AI, allowing operators to uncover revenue opportunities that are hidden in their data and act on them with the click of a button.”

• Keepme's Ian Mullane spoke to FitTech about the system and how its predictive and machine learning models can assist operators.
