The collection consists of three robust, road licenced machines, ranging from the compact RS 500 to the top flight RS 1300.

The 500 comes with a 500ltr hopper, weighs in at 1500kg and has a cleaning capacity of 34 hp along with high suction for picking up stones, bottles and similar debris. Claimed to be particularly suited for congested areas, it also has a 25 per cent climbing capability.

The 850 has an 850ltr hopper and said to be small enough to clean pavements but sufficiently powerful to handle city squares and urban spaces. It can climb slopes of up to 18 per cent and overcome 17cm kerbs and steps.

Designed for city cleaning professionals, the RS 1300 comes with a 1300ltr hopper and - like the 850 - can be fitted with an optional third brush. This extends the sweeping width and can be raised for cleaning at varying heights.

A snow roller brush and salt spreader can also be added to either machine and all the models in the range can be supplied with a high pressure cleaning accessory if required.

The introduction of the three machines continues the integration of products from Italian sweeper manufacturer Ecologica, which Nilfisk-Advance acquired last year.
