InfoLoop works on the induction loop system, which converts speech into electromagnetic signals. These can be picked up by wearers of hearing aids when they switch their device to the ‘T’ or ‘telecoil’ position. Background noise is greatly reduced so that speech can be heard more clearly.

The Mini InfoLoop™ can be fixed under a desk or counter and is configurable for one-to-one conversation or cross-table discussions between several people. It can also be integrated with the company’s Securicom™ product, an intercom system which allows clear voice transmission through glass security screens.

Portable InfoLoop™ is a table-top unit powered by a rechargeable battery, whilst the Maxi InfoLoop™ is for sound transmission in a larger area, be it part of a room or an entire auditorium.

Also available are Clipboard InfoLoop™, which combines a localised induction loop with a clipboard, and Q-Control, an audio-visual queue management system.
