Wiltshire based dairy supplier Highgrove Food Distribution is aiming to bring an exotic flavour to the chilled soft drinks market by taking on the distribution for Giacomo’s The Original Bombay Lassi.

The Ayurvedic Vegetarian fruit yogurt drink is a premium ready-to-go chilled product which is expected to tap into the increasing demand for healthy food and drink.

The brand is made to authentic Indian recipes and available in three flavours: Mango, Green Tea with Lime; and Pineapple and Coconut.

Live whole milk is blended with premium fruit to create a drink said to be refreshing, aid digestion and a healthy addition to any balanced diet. The drinks are 100 per cent natural and free from artificial colourings, preservatives and flavourings.

Available in cases of six x 250ml servings, The Original Bombay Lassi has a minimum 21 day shelf life and is packaged in a ready-to-go format which makes it suitable for all food-service outlets.
