Stoke City FC's Britannia Stadium has new caterers after Lindley Catering was awarded the contract by owners The Stadium Development Company.

Lindley took over the reins from the previous caterers, Azure, on 14 November and will supply around 170 casual workers in addition to 15 full-time staff based at the club to manage the catering.

The company will be responsible for match day catering, which comprises the main public concourse areas and Delilah's bar, and the hospitality areas including the Waddington Suite Sponsored by Seddon, Executive Boxes and the Directors' Suite.

The hospitality areas will be operated by Heathcotes Outside, which was acquired by Lindley Catering earlier this year.

Lindley already has contracts with 48 of the current Football League and Premiership clubs and the 31-month contract at Stoke City runs until May 2009.
