TV bingo game to help sport and recreation bodies

Over 130 sport and recreation governing bodies are to benefit from a new TV bingo game to be broadcast from September 13th on Virgin1.

Presented by Ulrika Jonsson, gamecards are available from all Tesco till points at a cost of £2, with 20 per cent of that going to good causes.

Devised by Intelligent Gaming Solutions (IGS), a pilot series ran in 2008 raising more than £100,000.

Meanwhile, IGS has had success for the last 15 years in its native Sweden where the equivalent of just under £1 billion has been donated to sports clubs and charities.
