Mecca increases B3 offering following legislation change

Mecca Bingo is installing over 300 brand new second generation games machines, supplied by Gamestec Leisure Limited, into its estate of bingo clubs.

This follows the change in legislation to allow up to eight Category B3 machines (£1 maximum stake, £500 maximum prize) on one site.

The Mecca Bingo club in Knotty Ash was one of the first sites to receive the new machines. General Manager, Brian Hennigan, said: "It is fantastic to have the new machines, I'm sure they will be popular with our customers."

Mecca Bingo previously held around 400 machines in 102 Mecca Bingo clubs. Following the changes, Gamestec are injecting an additional 305 machines across the Mecca estate, increasing the overall estate to over 700 machines.
