Plans for 2012
Continue to enhance guest-facing technologies, including mobile, iPad, Facebook, web, email, landing pages, kiosk and guest-room TV integration. We plan to deploy our Resort- Suite MOBILE and SOCIAL applications to more customers and develop an online web portal geared towards clubs and their members. This portal will allow online bookings of club activities/athletics and provide membership management capabilities.
We plan to expand within Europe and the Middle East, and grow our presence within North America, while also evaluating the opening of offi ces or signing distributors in Asia, Europe and/or the Middle East.
Major spa projects: Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts are opening numerous properties worldwide, while Sedona Resorts is opening a luxury resort in St Kitts in 2012.
