Focus Training excel in health check

In a recent Ofsted inspection Focus Training, the UK's leading training provider for the fitness industry, was classed as 'outstanding', receiving the highest possible commendation for both its 'quality of provision' and 'capacity to improve'.

The report stated that Focus Training "designed its programmes very well to meet the needs and interests of a diverse group of learners" and said that "learners benefit from particularly well structured and extremely effective support throughout their programme."

Managing Director Bob Ellis said that he was delighted with the outcome of the inspection and commented: "This provides national recognition for the standard of training we provide through our courses. It is a direct result of the dedication and commitment of our staff and is a great credit to them. However, we are not complacent and we will continue to strive to improve and to deliver the best service we can, at all times."

Ofsted acknowledged that Focus Training "work particularly well with employers" and that "employers benefit greatly from having their employees trained, and their businesses have become more effective."

Bob continues "We work closely with many employers to deliver NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 and would like to extend our offer of a free training needs analysis to any business interested in finding out exactly how we can support their business development."

Focus Training Limited was established in 2000 and delivers training in sport, leisure and recreation to the health and fitness industry. It offers a range of Central YMCA Qualifications (CYQ) through a combination of distance-learning and workshops for health and fitness instructors and personal trainers throughout Britain.
